I think decreasing funding the police is a bad idea

The majority of police department don't need reform, they need replacement. We need police to be a reflection of the communities they serve. The key word is SERVE. We need to take a hard look at the PEOPLE we hire to become cops, not the cops we hired to Serve and Protect the PEOPLE.
